Common questions

Managing or cancelling your subscription

Kiswah Pro is sold and billed by Apple, so subscriptions are managed and cancelled in your Apple ID account settings — not through us. On iPhone: open Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions→ Kiswah. From there you can switch plans, cancel, or check your renewal date. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid being charged for the next period.

Restoring a purchase

If you already subscribed on this Apple ID — on this device or a previous one — look for Restore Purchasesin the App's Settings. It re-links your existing subscription without charging you again. This is also the right fix after reinstalling the App or switching to a new phone.

Prayer times look wrong

Prayer times are calculated on your device from your location and your chosen calculation method. A wrong time is almost always one of those two: check that location access is granted (or that your manually-chosen city is correct), and check the calculation method in Settings against what your local mosque uses — methods can legitimately differ by a few minutes, especially for Fajr and Isha. If it's still off after checking both, email us with your city, calculation method, and the prayer that looked wrong, and we'll dig in.

Reporting a fiqh or content concern

If a hadith, verse, or piece of guidance in the App looks wrong or mis-cited, use the in-app “Report a concern” option where you saw it, or email us directly. We take citation accuracy seriously and review every report.
